Team 2 has released their team name for the Intragym Challenge. Team 2 shall henceforth be known as Flex Pistols.
Keep those team names coming in.
Join us for an 8-week ladies only bootycamp every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 9:30-10:30 am beginning July 7. Cost is $99 per month, or $75 if you join with a friend! All fitness levels are welcome, no experience needed and childwatch is available. Our ladies come from all different levels of fitness, but there’s at least one thing we have in common: we want to look and feel good and live long and active lives! Whether you’re chasing kids or chasing a deadline, taking control of your overall health and feeling good about your body are critical for long term wellness. We are so excited that Left Bank Butchery’s mobile sales truck will be visiting us this Thursday evening! They will have local, sustainably raised sausage, hot dogs, house made deli and lunch meats, pork chops and other pork and beef cuts to sell. We’ll post more articles about Left Bank Butchery this week, and make plans to stock up for the weekend!

This Tuesday, November 4th, is bring a friend day. You can bring a friend to any of the regularly scheduled WODs. The WOD will be community-friendly and scalable. So tell your friends and neighbors now so they can make plans. Even with a busy schedule, surely they can come to one of the classes on Tuesday!!
